 Day
10. Sunday 11th July. Distance 293 miles.
Bit of a cold night so I slept quite
restlessly but up early and away by 9am. Stopped in town
for fuel and food and eventually found my way out and heading
south. Hadn't gone far until the rain started and it
followed me most of the day. Around 1pm I was in Vaasa (Wasa)
for more petrol and a good meal. Here I met Michael who
suggested I head east and take in the Finnish lakes. So I
changed direction and started to head for Tampere. I
shortly changed to Virrat as the hostel quide recommended the
hostel there. Of course it was correct and got a huge room
for 30Euro.
