 Day 2.
Saturday 3rd July. Distance 130 miles.
Up at 10am good breakfast and chatted to
other bikers. I went down below decks at 1pm to load up the bike
with all the gear. We docked at 3.30pm (Norway time +1hr) and
were off the boat and on the road for 4pm. It was strange at
first riding on the right but I soon got the hang of it. Stopped
for fuel and a snack and rode over my first toll bridge, which
cost 20Krone. Took a few photos and onto my first ferry at Lanik
48Krone (£4). Found a campsite just east of Forde and got a hut
for K360 (£30) beside a river. It had good showers and toilets.
Did my book work and slept well.
